The iTHERM MultiSens range of innovative temperature assemblies delivers excellent measurement performance and flexibility. With their modular design, quick selection and configuration, digital tooling and our expert application support, you can optimise your processes and minimise downtime.
The MultiSens temperature assemblies are engineered to deliver reliable temperature profiling in demanding catalytic refining and other petrochemical applications. These high-performance instruments provide accurate 3D temperature maps in reactors and vessels. Fully customisable to meet your specific requirements, the serviceable assemblies are available with or without thermowells as well as with RTD or thermocouple sensors. Advanced diagnostic capabilities provide additional safety and valuable process information for predictive maintenance.
The iTHERM MultiSens portfolio is split into four groups:
- Flex: a flexible assembly for precise 3D temperature profiling.
- Linear: an ultra-durable assembly with thermowell for demanding applications.
- Slim: a small-diameter probe in flexible or rigid designs for narrow installations.
- Bundle: a rope-style probe for vessels with restricted space or measurements in solids.
It’s quick and convenient to specify the product most suited to your application, and Endress+Hauser experts are always on hand for configuration and application support. Custom-designed units are also available for unique requirements.
iTHERM MultiSens Flex and Linear multipoint temperature assemblies are available with an innovative diagnostic chamber that provides additional safety and valuable process information for predictive maintenance. In addition to containing hazardous process leaks, diagnostic chambers are equipped to provide valuable process data that can be used to plan timely countermeasures or predictive maintenance and lifecycle activities.
Designed with maintenance flexibility in mind, the systems are available with replaceable and reusable parts for configurations with or without thermowells, saving time and cost over the instrument’s life.
