Wherever you are in the UK, Endress+Hauser has a service engineer close at hand. With our comprehensive geographical coverage, we’re there when you need us with the expertise to solve your problems.
Plant availability, efficiency and safety are critical to your business, so it’s important to have a partner you can rely on. Endress+Hauser has a team of skilled service engineers, based throughout England, Scotland and Wales, who can repair and maintain your measurement instrumentation. We offer a range of services including commissioning, calibration and other maintenance tasks; advice on inventory and obsolescence; and support to maximise plant performance and availability.
Support from the experts – wherever you are
We deliberately base our engineers at strategic locations around the UK so they are available to meet our customers’ needs whenever they’re required. Whether you need quick support in the event of a breakdown or you want to establish an ongoing service contract, we can help.
All our engineers have been given key worker status, so they can continue to work as normal during the Covid-19 pandemic with adaptations such as PPE and social distancing to ensure your safety. We also have a number of remote support options if you prefer to minimise the number of visitors to your site.
High standards
All Endress+Hauser engineers, whether they are directly employed staff or strategic partners known as approved service providers (ASPs), have to complete a rigorous training programme to ensure they meet our high quality standards. The training covers product ranges and technologies, calibration principles and safe working behaviours as well as service reporting and assessing risk. Refresher courses and on-the-job training ensure that their knowledge is kept up to date.
We also have engineers who specialise in, for example, gas or liquid analysis, and others who have a depth of knowledge in particular industries including oil & gas and life sciences. Using approved service providers also enables us to offer extra services that are not part of our standard portfolio, such as calibration of weighing equipment.
