The measuring instruments in your plant may need to be regularly calibrated to check they are performing correctly and to meet compliance requirements. Endress+Hauser’s calibration standards deliver unsurpassed measurement reliability, helping you to improve your productivity and demonstrate the accuracy of your processes.
Calibrating measurement instruments on a regular basis is key to reducing product loss and ensuring quality. Endress+Hauser offers traceable, cost-effective calibration that meets the requirements of ISO 17025 along the entire process, from on-site testing to fully accredited laboratory calibration. Our in-house flow calibration facilities are also UKAS accredited, meaning they have passed the rigorous auditing process from the UK’s national accreditation body.
Manufacturer-independent calibration
Production areas frequently have a high number of measurement points for quality assurance, process control and safety applications. In most cases the measurement instruments are not limited to one manufacturer. Endress+Hauser offers traceable calibrations of any measurement instrument, including from third-party manufacturers. We can even calibrate devices outside of our product portfolio, such as weighing equipment, and offer same-day turnaround for in-house calibrations.
After calibration, a comprehensive certificate is always issued, including a compliance declaration, to verify the accuracy of your measurement point and guarantee the reliability of the process.
Industry knowledge
With all industries facing increasingly stringent legal requirements, conforming to relevant local and international standards is an especially important factor. Thanks to in-depth industry knowledge and experience, Endress+Hauser is able to fulfil customer-specific regulatory and operational needs that cover efficiency, quality and accuracy. Utilising standard operating procedures (SOPs) and certified master measurement instruments, we maintain a consistently high standard for both on-site and laboratory calibrations. We will work around your schedule to find an optimum time to calibrate your devices, whether that’s during an annual shutdown, monthly service visits or a one-off call-out.
Due to our engineers’ key worker status, we have kept working throughout the coronavirus pandemic. If we need to visit your site to calibrate your instruments or perform another service task, rest assured that we are aware of and committed to meeting all risk assessment procedures and protocols.
Is your calibration routine right for you?
Although regular calibration is important, calibrating too frequently brings its own problems: it’s expensive and overly time-consuming. Our highly trained staff can analyse your instruments and processes to determine the right calibration routine for you and help you to maintain an overview of your entire installed base. This enables you to keep costs down as well as improving your system availability.
