With the latest addition to Endress+Hauser’s award-winning Memosens portfolio, you can monitor your analytical measuring points quickly and reliably. The handheld Liquiline Mobile CML18 measures pH/ORP, conductivity and dissolved oxygen in grab samples without having to transport them back to the lab, saving time and improving accuracy.
Confidence in your measured values
If your samples have to be taken back to the laboratory for analysis, the change in temperature can result in inconsistencies between the measured values. Therefore, being able to use a handheld instrument to take readings under the same conditions as the inline measurement improves accuracy.
However, if the measuring technology used for sample analysis differs from the technology used in the process, the results from the inline and sample analysis can also differ. With the Liquiline Mobile CML18, the same robust Memosens sensors that you use at the fixed measuring points in your process can also be used for sample analysis. This ensures that your measurement data is consistent and the results are reliable.
Memosens technology has become the leading global standard in liquid analysis since its introduction in 2004. Memosens converts the measured value in the sensor into a digital signal and sends it to the transmitter via a non-contact connection, improving reliability because it is not affected by moisture or corrosion.
Fewer calibrations
Using the CML18 can also reduce the frequency of calibrations: if the inline results are the same as those from the sample, there is no need to calibrate at that time. You will get an immediate result that establishes what is going on in your process and gives you confidence in your measured values.
The CML18 can be operated using the SmartBlue app, which transfers the measured values and sensor data to your phone or tablet via a secure Bluetooth connection. The app is also a convenient way to adjust settings and make adjustments.
